Frequently asked questions
- 01Everybody has different requirements for tuition, so we offer various packages to suit your budget. We have a range of tutors with varying levels of experience, so can find the perfect tutor for you.
- 02Our billing process is straightforward. You will be invoiced for each lesson, and have 5 working days to pay via bank transfer. We can set up bespoke billing plans, where you can pay for a block of lessons, usually at a reduced rate.
- 03We recognize the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer various options to suit your availability. We teach via zoom, and can find tutors who are available when you need them.
- 04Possibly. This is dependent on your location and requirement, but feel free to get in touch as we will try our upmost to match you with an in person tutor.
- 05We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your tutor. In the rare case that your tutor is not the right fit for your family, we will make it our priority to find you a new tutor as soon as possible.
- 06All our tutors are highly qualified and come from the highest academic backgrounds. All have a rigorous selection process, and are interviewed by a senior member of staff. All have a DBS check and their qualifications are verified. Rest assure that only the best tutors will teach your child.
- 07We have tutors ready to teach at very short notice.
- 08Yes. We have terms and conditions which we will share with you before any tuition begins.
- 09You will be sent instructions about how to connect to the tutor via zoom. All you need to do is be online at the start time, and the tutor will call you. We have online whiteboards and screen sharing capabilities to ensure that online teaching is no different to live teaching.
